How long will my custom rod take to build?

Each build takes approximately six weeks after final confirmation on your custom design. This ensures every component is crafted, balanced, and finished to Artisan standards before delivery.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

At this time, Artisan Encompassed ships exclusively within Canada. Every order includes tracked, insured delivery for peace of mind from our workshop to your home waters.

What is your warranty policy?

Can I modify or cancel my order after checkout?

Yes, within 24 hours of purchase, you can update or cancel your order. After that, the build process begins and materials are allocated. Please email us immediately if you need adjustments.
